I wanted to thank UDP.  Recently I had a molar extraction Thayer Dental Laboratory would have cost me over $400, but with this 20 to 50% discounted plan it was only  $285, well worth the cost of the plan, and I saved money with my semi annual cleanings and check ups as well. A few years ago my wonderful dentist built me a Maryland Bridge, at my insistence (he wanted me to go for implants and I refused), it saved me over $400 on his fees.
